Cook about 3 to 4 minutes browning on all sides. Have oil hot in a skillet and drop hushpuppies into oil. Place hush puppy batter in the fridge for 30 minutes. The batter should be just wet enough that you can shape it into balls about the size of a walnut with your hands and it sticks together. Do not overmix the batter, you want a cornbread texture. Add in egg and heavy cream to the flour mix. When golden brown remove to a paper towel lined sheet pan or plate to drain excess oil. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and keto sweetener. Cook in batches so there is plenty of room for cooking.
